Carrier & Service
We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under 200€ → 35€ DHL Express flat rate
- Orders 200€ and above → Free DHL Express shipping
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
🔄 Returns Policy
We want you to love your Zess Home purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags/packaging where applicable.
Return Costs
- We do not charge any restocking fee.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
