Worldwide Delivery with DHL Express
We are proud to offer international express delivery through DHL Express, ensuring that your handcrafted pieces reach you safely and quickly, no matter where you are.

  • Estimated Delivery Time
    Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping Cost
    A flat rate of 40€ applies to all international orders. This cost includes express delivery service and full tracking for your peace of mind.
  • Free Express Shipping
    We are delighted to offer complimentary DHL Express shipping on all orders over 500€. This way, you can shop with confidence knowing your order will arrive quickly and without additional cost.
  • Order Tracking
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to love your Zess Home purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

  • Return Period
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Return Fees
    All returns are subject to a 50€ restocking fee. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How to Return
    To start a return, please contact us at info@zesshome.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and clear instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
