2. Products & Descriptions

  • We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate. However, as our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur.
  • These variations are part of the uniqueness of our handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.
  • Zess Home reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • We ship internationally with DHL Express.
  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the time of dispatch.
  • A flat rate of 40€ applies to all international orders.
  • Free Express Shipping is offered on orders over 500€.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Zess Home is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 50€ restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

6. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Zess Home and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zess Home is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our liability for any claim related to a purchased item will not exceed the purchase price of that item.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
